People Management Policies


At AXA we believe it is important to provide clear guidelines and expectations for the people that work at AXA. Therefore we have developed a series of policies which outlines the behaviour we expect from our people. These include the professional conduct we expect in the workplace from each individual, as well as the processes and procedures that managers follow if those behavioural standards are not met.

Each person who works at AXA has clear performance standards and targets in place. We have policies and guidelines in place for our managers that enables them to manage the performance of their team. We also have clear policies and guidelines in place for the use of email and internet. Our policies are published internally to all our employees.
