AXA has responded to the Bali tragedy by providing support services for its customers and employees.
All AXA claims staff have been fully briefed on how to handle queries or applications for claims resulting from the tragedy. Planholders and their families who have been affected by the tragedy and are seeking claims assistance can contact AXA’s claims area on 132987.
For AXA staff or their families who may have been affected by the tragedy, the company is providing counselling and other support through its Employee Assistance Program.
In a note to AXA staff, Chief Executive Officer Les Owen expressed the company’s deepest sympathy for all those affected by the recent events in Bali.
